Meet Amanda

Amanda is a poet, writer, and author with a penchant for love poetry, sunsets, and running. She is the author of her favorite color was sunshine yellow, a poetry book about the emotions of love and missing your partner through a long-distance relationship. HFCWSY has been sold on every continent (except Antarctica) and read in over 10 countries since being self-published in October 2020.

When she isn’t writing poetry or reading too many books at the same time, Amanda can be found studying analytics at Babson College or running on Cape Cod. She hopes to inspire love through her poetry while also empowering women to find their voice, power, and sense of self through writing. She is currently working on her debut nonfiction book (working title: Poetic Potential), which is scheduled to be published by New Degree Press in December 2021.
